A Tale of Time is an intimate dining experience that explores The Macallan’s relationship with oak, maturation, and legacy - not just as a whisky, but as something that carries time within it.
Across four expressions and three courses, each pairing has been curated to reflect a moment in that journey:
a beginning, a becoming, and a legacy.
